Remberg – How Venture Up supported and added value to recruitment objectives

Remberg’s aim is to create a new breed of software that helps companies digitize processes around equipment – such as machines, buildings and vehicles – the fundamentals for the era of the IoT. The Remberg XRM helps companies manage things such as machines & equipment in the cloud and digitize associated processes in service.

After receiving a round of funding, Remberg’s internal team needed support to proactively source the volume of high calibre candidates that they wanted in business-critical engineering roles

​Our Embedded RPO Consultant took over all Recruitment Sourcing across Europe outside of Germany, to help with the processes around fully remote sourcing, hiring and on-boarding.

Whilst on Contract at Remberg:

  • Directly source Remberg’s remote candidates from across Europe
  • Internal training with Remberg recruitment team on how to source candidates and how to prepare messages that get results
  • Internal training on best-practices around a screening call and to ensure only the best candidates are put forward into the process, freeing up Hiring Managers to focus on only the best and most relevant candidates
  • Consulted with the Recruitment team to improve set up on a weekly basis, from how to manage their sourcing time, how the data should look & what data is important
  • Supported with the transition over to a new ATS/CRM
  • Advised on internal training sessions to make best use to team’s downtime during summer vacation period

Venture Up delivered Remberg’s first remote Engineering hires into the business, whilst also building a strong relationship with their internal recruitment team and hiring managers. We provided several training projects to the current team for them to implement and follow once our contract had ended.

Due to the success of our relationship, training and delivery with Remberg, we have already been penciled in for their next round of volume recruitment and have great recommendations from them to other Munich-based Start-ups.
